Nicole is responsible for accessible, quality and low-cost healthcare being delivered to Cummins global employees and their families. She has been in this role with Cummins for four years. Previously she consulted hospital systems and private health organizations in becoming more patient-centric and efficient on their journey toward Patient-Centered Medical Home Recognition through NCQA. She has overseen primary care residency programs and clinical practices. She attributes her passion for healthcare starting while she worked in orthopedics providing direct patient care and later, oversight of orthopedic clinical groups. This passion has expanded to understanding population health.
Nicole is a believer in “Everyone, Everywhere Matters” and meeting people where they are. She seeks to engage people in their own healthcare in a way that is appealing to them, while also improving their health outcomes with quality care delivery supported by evidenced-based programs and services.
