Why donate to the Employers’ Forum of Indiana?

The Employers’ Forum of Indiana is an employer-led healthcare coalition of employers, physicians, hospitals, insurers, benefit consultants, and other interested parties. Our goal is to improve the value employers and patients receive for their healthcare expenditures.

The Forum is committed to providing quality, price, and cost transparency across the healthcare ecosystem; collaborating with healthcare stakeholders to align payment with high value medical and pharmacy services; and supporting public health initiatives.

We accomplish this by providing education, conducting research, and engaging in policy. We believe that by empowering employers and people with evidenced-based data, it permits them to make more informed purchasing decisions.

Is my donation secure?

Yes, we partner with Stripe, the industry’s established payment provider trusted by some of the world’s largest companies to keep your information secure.

Your sensitive financial information never touches our servers. We send all data directly to Stripe’s PCI-compliant servers through industry-standard SSL technology.

Is my donation tax deductible?

The Employers’ Forum of Indiana is a non-profit 501(c)(3) public charity as recognized by the IRS. Therefore your gift is tax-deductible to the full extent provided by law. Our federal tax identification number is 85-2350404.

One time donations will receive an official email receipt. Please keep this as your official record. If you donate monthly, we will email you you a receipt at the end of the year.

How do I change/cancel my recurring donation?

Please contact Sara Otte, Business Manager at sara@employersforumindiana.org to cancel your donation. You will receive an email receipt to confirm cancelation.
